GVC CAR TALK via ZOOM: Monthly Guest Speakers starting FEB 11th

Introducing the "GVC Car Talk via ZOOM" monthly Guest Speaker series. Our first guest speaker will feature JAMES CLAY, founder and President of BIMMERWORLD and accomplished professional race car driver.

Join your GVC BMW CLUB members on Thursday, February 11th, at 8:00 pm EST for our first in the series of "GVC Car Talk via ZOOM”, with James Clay, founder and President of Bimmerworld and accomplished professional race car driver. Bimmerworld has come a long way from its humble origins selling used BMW parts to its current status designing and selling performance and race parts for BMWs. James’ racing career has kept pace with his business, progressing from auto-crosser and amateur racer to professional racer in Speedvision, Continental, IMSA, and Nordschleife 24-hour races.

James will regale us with stories of starting his own business, developing himself into a professional race driver, and the development of the Bimmerworld race cars including Bergsteiger, their 1000 hp e36 Pikes Peak race car.

The format will be a 20 minute presentation by James followed by 15 minutes of question-and answer. The talk will be on Zoom, and you can download ZOOM here: https://zoom.us. Open to all BMW CCA members, but you must pre-register below to attend. Once registered you will be sent the Meeting code and password information.
